Training held 5/13/2022. Outline of topics and processes covered:

  • Getting started:
    • Receive link invitation from PM and go to settings (gear icon)
    • Set up user credentials/profile (Profile tab)
      • Add profile image and fill all your information
      • Choosing a default page, contacts page preferred
    • Set up Email (Email tab)
      • Connect email with Office 365 to turn on inbox automation
      • Configure Email signature
    • Set up HubSpot calling (Calling tab)
      • Add personal phone number
    • The Tasks tab has a tool that can set reminders through HubSpot
    • Accessing contact records on the Contacts page
      • Open a contact more for details
        • Edit life cycle stage (status)
        • Copy & paste contact’s LinkedIn profile URL
      • Activity tab shows all traffic history
      • Search activity using search bar
      • Companies section shows which company the contact is associated with
        • Company record pulls up all data of the company
        • Orange task bubbles under contact name gives easy access contact options for phone calls and emails through the browser
      • Use global search feature to search any keyword to access what is needed
