Some people know at an early age where their passions lie. TSL President David English has been planning his career in marketing since his days as a marketing student at Boston University. After establishing his roots in the technology industry as an IBM employee, he co-founded TSL Marketing in 1999. David’s passion is contagious! He gets technology leaders all over the world fired up about channel marketing through consultations and training workshops. He is a regular contributor to our Channel Marketing video series.
When it comes to marketing and advertising, Ryan Nicholson wrote the book! Well, maybe not a book (although he should consider it!), but he has eagerly shared his valuable expertise and knowledge through his authoring of several posts featured on the TSL Marketing Blog. A member of the TSL family since 2005, Ryan is the ringleader of our campaigns and TSL’s go-to man for all things digital marketing.
When he’s not behind the karaoke microphone showing off his vocal skills, Jeff Marchesiani is busy at work taking TSL’s marketing ventures to the next level. He bases his decision-making and leadership not only on his extensive marketing knowledge but also on his principles of faith and integrity. This dedicated family man attended Northeastern and Villanova universities.
While growing TSL’s customer base is of top priority to this sales and marketing guru, Brian Shilling’s primary goal is to SERVE the needs and help fulfill the goals of each of our clients. Along with being THE quick thinker we at TSL depend on, Brian also prides himself on being dedicated to his family and an avid sports fan.
Can’t get no (customer) satisfaction? Lauri Martinez is your woman! Her main job at TSL is making sure each customer is fully satisfied throughout their working relationship and journey with our company. With 20 years of B2B IT and Telecom experience under her belt, Lauri handles customer care and manages TSL’s Demand Generation strategy to drive new business and grow marketing share. She successfully balances her career life with her roles of wife and mother of four.
The name Aster Broach is synonymous with helpfulness and nurturing. As “mom” to two rescue dogs, Aster has a personal and professional desire to make lives easier. She oversees our Customer Journey department and works with clients to achieve their business goals through targeted marketing programs. An alum of the University of Delaware, Aster’s expertise ranges from technology and telecom to health care and insurance.
At home, Brandon Koch is known as the DIY king, tackling many household projects single-handedly. He brings his passion for structural improvement to work with him, too. Brandon provides digital marketing guidance to both our internal teams and our technology-focused customers, using his fix-it skills to fill any gaps in lead nurturing, marketing automation, and CRO.
Have you ever been frustrated with the navigation of websites and campaign workflows? We know User Experience dictates the success of online marketing materials. And that’s why we have Norma! She provides expertise in the areas of UX, Design, and TSL’s own Agile Marketing Methodology. When she’s not getting her OM on in Yoga, attending concerts, or taking her Boston Terrier for a walk, she’s hard at work for us ensuring the quality of each marketing tactic we create.
What do you get when you combine finance management proficiency with enthusiasm for marketing? Ken English. Ken joined TSL Marketing’s finance team in 2009. His passions for keeping tabs on funding and casting TSL into the digital marketing limelight are what make him so valuable to our TSL team.
Hut, hut, hike! A loyal Baltimore Ravens fan, Chris Koslowski is also fanatical about meeting TSL’s company goals. As a dedicated team player for TSL, Chris strives to make our company better by finding innovative ways to do business. He joined TSL Marketing in fall 2008 and currently oversees the Human Resources and IT departments.
From determining whether a Netflix series is binge-worthy in her spare time to evaluating the components of our lead-generation projects on the clock, Kerri Vardon knows what’s worthwhile, what’s success-destined, and what isn’t. Her inner critic comes in handy when evaluating our products’ potential to WOW our customers. Kerri then works with our clients to apply their own personal touches and feedback to these tactics. She is an adept leader at understanding the wants and needs of customers and resolving complex issues in a timely fashion.
Connect. Communicate. Collaborate. This trifecta describes Holly Fiery’s foundation for professional success. A family woman at heart, she also implements these aspects in her personal life, which comes in handy when trying to tame her rambunctious Goldendoodle. Holly graduated from Pennsylvania University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Customers don’t physically see the expertise and value Sarah Ottey brings to our company, buts they sure reap the benefits of it! Sarah is instrumental in improving our internal processes and collaboration tools so that our creative and management teams can bring quality products to our customers. In her spare time, she loves cooking, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with her husband and two dogs.
Shawn started working in the SEO industry back in 2005 and actually fell into the field while doing marketing. TSL is making SEO a more important part of the business model and Shawn is at the forefront with over 11 years experience. Shawn stated "I have found it to be an extremely rewarding career and I enjoy coming to work everyday". Shawn joined the TSL team in 2016 and was immediately comfortable and excited to work with such a talented team to do the best work possible for our clients. Since joining in 2016, Shawn has been promoted to Senior SEO manager at TSL and has been helping to build out our SEO offerings. In addition to work, Shawn is a musician, a baseball (NY Yankee fanatic), and a family man!
Nothing solidifies a company’s prestigious reputation more as when a former customer joins the team. Originally a U.S.-based TSL client, Vivek Bhide was so impressed by TSL’s marketing efforts and offerings that he co-founded TSL Consulting Private Limited in 2007 in India . He resides in Pune with his wife and two daughters.
Our work at TSL extends beyond our North America customer base. Kyle Hegarty has been instrumental in introducing our digital marketing services to APAC markets. In 2006, he opened our headquarters in Singapore and has grown operations across that region. Kyle continues to help create new products and offerings, diversify channel sales partnerships, and grow and train his sales and operations teams across the globe.
Mike Kelly is TSL’s arm that reaches across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As a co-founder of TSL Marketing, his work has focused on helping technology companies build their business worldwide through channel partners. And he has a flair for writing channel partner articles, too!
