QAD CEBOS didn’t feel its brand conveyed a strong emotional message. The company needed to promote its differentiators through the website, www.cebos.com. QAD CEBOS wanted to convey quality through the site and come across as a trusted authority. The company wasn’t sure how its website was performing and what was attracting users.
In 2017, TSL revamped the www.cebos.com website using Agile methodology. We created a launchpad website and set a baseline for performance so QAD CEBOS could track growth. Based on results, QAD CEBOS was able to identify that its APQP solution was driving much of the website traffic. Through the new website, QAD CEBOS refined its brand messaging to emphasize what makes it stand out in the field of quality management.
