Of SMBs overall, most companies are in the early stages of AI maturity: 

  • 48% Have started to explore how AI can help their businesses 
  • 24% Have some light AI implementations 
  • 19% Have not found suitable ways to use AI 
  • 5% Have a detailed AI roadmap
